Hi! I'm Erin and I'm a certified health coach who once struggled with food and body image. My journey from restricting, binge eating and body obsession to whole body wellness, inspires the work I do today. I'm here to help you feel your best in your body & mind so that you create the life you dream of.

Here's what the 14-Day Movement + Self Love Challenge involves;

  • Movement. Aim to move your body for a minimum of 20-minutes at least 10 out of 14 days.
  • Water First. Start your day with a big glass of water. This is not a meal replacement but rather a mindful way to honour your body. Aim to drink at least 64 oz. every day.
  • Gratitude. Give gratitude for three things in your life. Where your attention goes, energy flows.
  • Self Love. Check your inbox for a daily dose of self love.
  • Kick-off call. Join us on Monday, September 11th at 2pm PST for a 30-minute call that will leave you feeling inspired & set-up for success.
